Racing exhaust systems/mods

a picture tells a thousand words Any high performance engine needs a carefully designed exhaust system. Engineers have three main parameters to consider in passive exhaust design for motorcycles. Appearance and sound, RPM of maximum efficiency, and weight. Titanium is the lightest and most expensive material. Stainless steel can be beautiful and is less costly. Mild steel is cheapest but can be coated with various high performance coatings for looks and additional power. Exhaust wrap is effective on any system,..but usually shows up only on off-road. Chrome is a popular option. The exhaust system can make or break a performance package. Active exhaust designs, once seen mainly on Yamahas,..are extremely effective at broadening torque curves,...and are becoming more common. Noise has less to do with power than most people think. Pipe diameter, primary length, crossover or collector design, and overall length are most important.

Stage I

4 cyl Torque Pipe - with increased low, mid, and top end power over stock or conventional four into one pipes.
Recommended for 1/4 mile drags, 170 lb+ riders, or mid-range motors.
Has excellent drivability, fuel efficiency, may use stock muffler.

$250.00 exchange,..we use yours to insure fit

Stage II

4 cyl H.P. Pipe - with increased mid-top to top-end power.
Recommended for +10,000 rpm power and/or light-weight riders.
Has good drivability, needs free-flowing canister.

$250.00 exchange

STAGE III full race exhaust

Custom race systems,...call or e-mail to discuss prices etc. Buells, Harleys, we have your system ! Special turbo exhaust systems in stock

Race canisters (mufflers)

Stock appearing/fitting, can pass track noise regulations, choice of baffle size, low weight, absolute best performance, dyno proven/guaranteed.

$200.00 and up, exchange only

Carbon Fibre

$300.00 and up,..custom made to your specs

Please note: all stages require extensive machining and welding and have been developed with years of flow and dyno testing. Payment in advance receives free shipping, otherwise 50% deposit with trade-in required.
